Ok am a guy 16 years old, am studying the last year of school and this is kind of a important to me....i want to schedule my everyday...but its very hard to follow it....i be lazy at times or some or the other distraction comes...like parties i mean suddenly from nowhere.....but ane way i want to know how can i get the will to follow all the things i schedule....meditation?? or any thng else...plz help ppl.. :)
