How can I ask my mum if I can go with my friends to the amusement water park? Ive organised but havent asked!?

I absoloutely need her to say yes because I planned everything with friends. I'm 15, do you think I am old enough? We have to get a ferry. What can I say to her. Thanks.

1. "Mum. My friends and I organised to go to the asmusement park on whenever day. Would it be ok?" You know, the usual way you would ask if you could go somewhere. Than if she asks "And how are you getting there" tell her. If she says no, she says no, if she says yes, she says yes. ANd sometimes for the sake of it i think parents delibrately say no after you told them it was already oraganised. For some reason they always say no lol!
2. Do something REALLY nice for her like buy her this amazing gift (that you actually found at a second hand store) and then ask her, but make it seem as though you didn't plan it. If she says 'no', then say "I've done so much for you, I've bought you presents, I've washed the dishes, cleaned up the house. Why can't you do something nice for me? I have been wanting to go out with my friends for ages and if I tell them that we can't go, I'll be letting them all down." THEN if she says 'no', you're screwed.
